I saw a post recently on goals in which it was written
“Kya Karna hai usse jyada kaisa insaan banna hai uske related goals bonana cahiye.”
Which is good to have a clear vision but according to me personally goals should be more specific.
CONCEPT OF SMART GOAL
There is a concept of SMART goal which I also follow.

SMART goals are a way of setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. This acronym can help you create goals that are clear, actionable, and more likely to be achieved.
Here's what each letter in the acronym stands for:
•Specific:
Your goal should be clear and specific, so that you know exactly what you're working towards.
•Measurable:
Your goal should be measurable, so that you can track your progress and know when you've achieved it.
•Achievable:
Your goal should be realistic and achievable, given your resources and constraints.
•Relevant:
Your goal should be relevant to your overall objectives and values, and should align with your long-term goals.
•Time-bound:
Your goal should have a specific deadline, so that you have a sense of urgency and motivation to work towards it.
For an example :
"I want to increase my revenue by 20% by the end of the year by acquiring 5 new clients per month through targeted marketing campaigns and by improving the conversion rate on my website from 10% to 15% through A/B testing and optimizing the user experience."
This goal is specific (increase revenue by 20%), measurable (5 new clients per month, improvement in conversion rate), achievable (based on current resources and capabilities), relevant (aligned with the overall business strategy), and time-bound (by the end of the year).
CONCLUSION
Using the SMART framework can help you create goals that are more focused, actionable, and achievable.
